These Terms of Service govern your use of HiringEasy (the "Service") provided by Shapsoftech ("Company", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Service Scope

HiringEasy provides resume editing, ATS keyword analysis, ATS scoring, export generation, and paid value-added features including advanced ATS checks, PDF/DOCX downloads, and subscription plans. Service features may evolve over time.

3. Billing and Payments

Payments are processed via authorized payment providers (Razorpay and Stripe). Charges are clearly shown before checkout. One-time purchases apply to specified service deliverables only. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. See our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy for details.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt operations, upload unlawful content, or use the Service for any fraudulent purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

Shapsoftech retains rights to software, algorithms, templates, and platform materials. You retain full ownership of the resume content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, update, or temporarily discontinue parts of the Service to improve security, reliability, or functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, except as required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shapsoftech limits its liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, fraud, non-payment, or as required by law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
