Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscription cancellations work for HiringEasy, operated by Shapsoftech.

1. User-Initiated Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time from the in-app Billing Dashboard. No cancellation fees apply.

2. Effective Date of Cancellation

End-of-cycle cancellation: Your subscription remains active and access continues until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges are made after that date.
Immediate cancellation: Where technically supported, a subscription can be terminated immediately. Access ends at the point of cancellation.

3. One-Time Purchases

One-time paid services (such as PDF/DOCX downloads or ATS analysis reports) are not cancellable after the transaction has been successfully authorized and the digital service has been delivered. Separate refund terms apply — see our Refund Policy.

4. Failure to Cancel

If you do not cancel before the renewal date, the subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged for the next billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for charges resulting from failure to cancel before renewal.

5. Service Suspension and Termination

Shapsoftech may suspend or terminate subscriptions for fraud, abuse, non-payment, or violation of our Terms of Service.
